Price is confirmed before the treatment
The $115 first/casual and $90 monthly base rates are for standard-size eligible residential properties.
No square-metre threshold is stated on the offer. The address, approximate treatment area, access and required scope are reviewed before confirmation. Larger or unusual sites receive a clear price before work begins.
The monthly option follows the first visit and has no lock-in contract or cancellation fee.
Only suitable components are applied
The package can include lawn weed treatment, suitable path and garden-bed treatment, growth regulation, lawn-health support and grub treatment when indicated.
Not every component is appropriate at every property. The operator may postpone, narrow or decline an application where identification, turf compatibility, weather, stress, access or safety is unsuitable.
No permanent or instant result is guaranteed
Response varies with the target, product, growth stage, weather, turf health and after-care.
Existing dead material can remain after treatment. Persistent weeds, underground structures, later germination and unresolved lawn conditions may require follow-up. The service does not guarantee every weed will be eliminated permanently or every damaged lawn will recover.
Safe conditions can move an appointment
Rain, wind, heat, saturated ground, turf stress or unsafe access can require rescheduling.
The operator also needs clear access to agreed treatment areas and disclosure of sensitive zones, recent products, pets and other relevant property conditions.
Follow the directions supplied for the application
People and pets must remain away until the advised re-entry point.
Mowing, watering and further product use must follow the instructions provided. Contact the service if unexpected rain occurs or another lawn product is being considered.
