One first/casual visit covers assessment and the suitable treatment components your property actually needs.
The core aim is to reduce unwanted weeds without treating every brown or thin patch as though it has the same cause. The operator checks turf type, visible weed groups, application areas, weather and access first.
Where suitable, the package can include targeted weed control in lawns, paths, driveway edges and garden beds; plant-growth-regulator support to moderate vertical lawn growth; a biostimulant or lawn-health component; and grub treatment when active signs are found. Not every product is applied on every lawn.

Weeds are identified before the lawn is sprayed
The right treatment depends on both the unwanted plant and the turf you want to keep.
Bindii, clover, oxalis, cudweed, dandelion-like broadleaf weeds, winter grass, summer grass and sedges such as nutgrass do not all respond to the same approach. Some products that suit couch may be unsuitable for buffalo, and grass-like weeds can require a different decision from broadleaf weeds.
A photo can help with the first conversation, but an on-site check may still be required. If the target cannot be identified confidently, or the lawn is too stressed for treatment, that is explained before application.
Visible response is gradual, and some weeds need follow-up
A weed treatment is not an instant cosmetic repaint of the lawn.
Response time varies with the weed, product, growth stage, weather and lawn health. Some weeds discolour or stop growing before they collapse; established weeds, underground structures or new germination can require another visit.
The visit also looks at why weeds gained space. Thin turf, bare soil, shade, compaction, poor moisture patterns, incorrect mowing and grub damage can allow weeds to return even after the first population is treated.
Your instructions match the products actually used
Mowing, watering and re-entry advice is product-specific, so the operator gives it at the visit.
Keep children, pets and other people away from the application area until the advised re-entry point. If rain, wind, heat or turf stress makes an application unsuitable, the timing or treatment plan is adjusted.
All products must be used according to their approved label directions. Do not rely on a generic internet waiting period in place of the instructions supplied for your property.
