A wide photo shows the overall pattern; a close photo helps with the weed or damage. Include the turf type if known, recent products and whether pets, children, ponds, drains or edible gardens affect the treatment area.
Confirm service area, property size and price
The $115 base rate is confirmed before the first/casual visit.
Standard-size eligible properties fit the advertised price. Larger lawns, unusually extensive paths or beds, difficult access or work outside the package are discussed and agreed before booking.
Assess the turf, weeds and struggling areas
The lawn is checked before product selection.
Broadleaf weeds, grass-like weeds and sedges are separated; turf species and mixed areas are identified; and brown or thin sections are checked for moisture, shade, mowing, compaction, disease or grub clues.
Apply only suitable treatment components
The visit may combine lawn weed control, suitable non-lawn treatment, growth regulation, health support and a grub response.
Not every component is used every time. The operator follows registered labels, protects treatment boundaries and changes timing if wind, rain, heat or turf stress makes application unsuitable.
Follow the property-specific after-care
Re-entry, mowing, watering and response expectations are explained after application.
Visible change is gradual and varies by target. Report unexpected weather, unresolved damage or new germination rather than layering another lawn product over the treatment.
Continue monthly only if it suits the property
The $90 monthly option is available after the first visit with no lock-in or cancellation fee.
Regular checks can catch new weeds, strong regrowth, lawn-health changes and pest activity earlier. A casual visit remains available if ongoing service is unnecessary.
